The course aims to provide new employees with basic skills and knowledge in a range of areas such as Occupational Health and Safety and good customer service.
New employees, particularly young workers, create the biggest OH&S risk exposure to business. This course is designed to minimise this risk by providing a basic understanding of issues such as manual handling, dealing with emergencies and handling difficult customers. It also covers basic administration tasks, an overview of the recycling industry and workplace communication. |
